Resetting your forgotten password

To rest your password, go to and click on the “LOGIN” link at the top. Then click on the “Forgot your password?” button at lower right. You will then be asked to give the email address in your Trail Life Connect profile. Click the “I’m not a robot” and then “Request Password Reset” button.

If the email you provided is associated with your user profile, then you will see this message:

“Your password reset request has been sent. Please check your email for further instructions. If you do not receive an email within a few minutes, please check your spam folder or contact your Program Director who can reset your password for you.”

Follow the instructions in the email to create a new password. If your email was not found in your Trail Life Connect profile, then contact your TML.
