To login for the first time, please press 'Forgot your password?' and then use your email address. You will be emailed a link to set your password to Trail Life Connect.

If your email is not found, you don't receive a password reset email, or you need to change your email address, please contact your Troop Ministry Liaison first. They can usually reset your password for you. If you are still having trouble, select "Contact TLC Support" from the Help menu or CLICK HERE to contact the Home Office for help.

If you don't yet have an account on Trail Life Connect, please contact your Troop's leadership. They can add you to their Troop account.

Passkey Login

Passkeys are a new standard for web authentication that replaces traditional passwords. They allow you to sign in to apps and websites using a biometric sensor, PIN, or pattern, freeing you from having to remember and manage passwords. Passkeys are considered safer and easier to use than passwords, and can meet multifactor authentication requirements in a single step. Passkeys are standardized, so a single implementation enables a passwordless experience across all of your devices.

If you have not yet set up passkeys on your Trail Life Connect account, please log in with your email and go to your profile settings on a mobile device to begin the setup process.
